Food technology is progressing all the time. One amazing advance in natural preservation of food is High Pressure Processing. For us this means we can double our shelf life to 40 days while keeping our label completely clean (nothing added). The process uses cold water and high pressure on the product in its finished, sealed packaging to improve safety and lengthen shelf life naturally.
As a young company we are trying our best to get our gorgeous product to the market. We, like you want a sustainable ecosystem and are doing our best to get there but it is a challenge to get there. As soon as there is a better no plastic solution available we will use it. For now though know that we made our bottles beautiful hoping you will reuse them again and again. They are also PET bottles so you can recycle them.
